Matakauri Lodge is looking for a professional Demi Chef de Partie / Breakfast Chef to join our award winning team. The position requires the following key skills:

• Previous experience working in a similar fine dining establishment or luxury lodge.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a daily changing menu.
• Good verbal English
